Welcome!

If you have ever felt your issues were swept under the rug or if you have ever felt unheard, l want to listen. I pride myself in being non-judgmental and able to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to share— no matter the issue and no matter the size. I know all too well that sometimes life can be too much to handle on your own.

Clients know themselves best, that’s why I believe client-centered therapy is so important. I am here to meet you where you are at—knowing not every situation has a clear-cut solution. I have experience with clients that have trauma that they want to work through. I also know that just having someone to talk to is important— so I am truly here for you.

I would be honored to walk alongside you, as I strongly believe that no one has to face anything alone. My hope is that I can offer support and guidance so that we can build a partnership where you feel supported and feel empowered to take on the world when you are ready. Email or call me to schedule a free consultation. Hope to hear from you soon!

Clinical Background

I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Central Florida.

I am passionate about working with people that are wanting to start their journey of healing and are curious about what that path may look like.

I wrote a book on the experiences of first-generation children born in the United States so I am familiar with the deep-rooted trauma that may come with being a child of immigrants.

I gained clinical experience doing my internship at Life Journey Counseling and Consulting which solidified my want for helping others become happier and healthier versions of themselves.

I am looking forward to working with clients that might be looking for a clinician to walk beside them on this journey!

I work with clients who may have undiagnosed ADHD and may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or motivation issues. During our initial sessions, we’ll explore how your motivation might be affected and how we can work together to find ways to boost your dopamine without needing medication. I know what it’s like first hand, so let’s talk!
