Your brain feels like the episode of Spongebob where the whole office in his brain is on fire.

I specialize in supporting clients who don’t know how to put the fire out; overwhelmed, overstimulated, or running in a hundred directions at once. My approach helps you find your two feet on the ground to be able to slow things down and regain a sense of calm control.

  • Going your whole life figuring things out without a diagnosis can feel confusing or potentially relieving. I’m here to help you understand what this means for you moving forward and to expand your toolbox with strategies that actually fit your brain.

  • Sometimes the mind protects us by burying what was too much to process at the time. When those memories or feelings resurface, it can be unsettling. Together, we’ll move through it gently and at your pace, hopefully creating safety along the way.

  • Executive dysfunction can make you feel like an opossum playing dead or like you want to hide under a rock until everything magically sorts itself out. I’ll help you break things down into manageable steps so you can move forward without shame or pressure.

  • I understand how heavy life can feel— both personally and professionally. I support clients in navigating the dark and slowly finding their way back toward light, warmth, and the parts of life that feel meaningful again.

  • Anxiety can make your brain run nonstop— predicting, planning, catastrophizing, and looping over and over again until you’re exhausted. Together, we’ll work on calming your system, grounding your thoughts, and creating more clarity inside your mind. Let’s unravel the ball of yarn that is your mind.

I’m EILeen.

I believe you don’t have to carry all the weight of life’s burdens all by yourself.

No matter what you’ve been told about your feelings or your story, I’m glad you found your way here. You don’t have to sweep it under the rug, minimize it, or carry it alone anymore. This space is yours— to feel everything, to process what’s been hidden, and to heal at your pace.

How I can help

I specialize in therapy that empowers you.

  • Anxiety can make your mind feel like it’s going a million miles per hour. In our work, we explore what lies beneath the worry. You will learn how to calm your body before tackling the thoughts and discuss grounding tools you can actually use in real life — not just in session. We may work with breathwork, gentle reframing, or nervous system techniques that help you feel more settled and less overwhelmed.

  • ADHD can make everyday life feel chaotic with the racing thoughts, the forgetfulness, the “why is this simple thing so hard?” moments. We explore how your brain works and build strategies that match your brain— things like gentle structure, reward systems, body-doubling techniques, and ways to reduce shame around executive functioning. Therapy gives you the space to experiment, adjust, or come back to the drawing board when things just aren’t clicking.

  • When something overwhelming happens, your brain does its best to protect you— sometimes by pushing things deep, deep down. If those experiences start resurfacing, it can feel confusing or even scary. We move at your pace, focusing on safety first. I use trauma-informed, body-aware approaches to help you understand what’s happening, reconnect with yourself, and then process memories in a way that doesn’t put your body back into fight or flight (or freeze or fawn).

  • Depression can feel like you’re trying to get out of an impossibly large hole with a zombie holding onto your leg. Together, we look at what all is weighing you down and find small, manageable ways to help you feel a bit lighter and find the light. This might include grounding routines, short-term goals, gentle behavioral activation, or simply having a space where you don’t have to pretend everything is fine. We go at a pace that meets where you are every time.
